In the condition of limited health service resources, need to strengthen service model innovation, meet the health service demands of mid-and-low income groups effectively. From the characteristics of health services demands of mid-and-low income groups in China, suffering from chronic diseases is more prominent, demands for health services will be stronger, suffering from acute disease tend to choose the primary medical institutions, suffering from chronic diseases tend to large hospital, taking Chinese-made western medicines and Chinese traditional patent medicines when illness mostly. Health services practice and innovation of America, Sweden, Bangladesh and other countries provide enlightenment for China. Our country should strengthen cooperation of government, enterprises, social, and personal, design "chronic disease prevention and treatment service pack", establish health management mechanism of disease prevention and treatment, improve the health level of mid-and-low income groups.
