In this paper, the author will take the application of DM group practice as an example, in the form of questionnaire, obtain some kinds of enterprise accounting information present situation, and expand analyzes the problems existing in the informatization, consequences, and the reason. Based on this, this paper put forward innovative enterprise shall establish "man-computer governance mode" to realize IT risk identification, assessment and control, this model of the main idea is to risk IT governance from emphasizing only technology extended to technology and the integration of factors, then paper forms "mechanical control and people control" and "soft hard factors" fusion one of the governance mode.
