Brief evaluation by DEA for the performance in science and technology activities of Heilongjiang

摘要

Evaluation on the effect of quantitative science and technology activities seems important when we manage to improve the effect of research and development activities and the efficiency of investment in science and technology. This article used the way of DEA, and practiced the data of main economic indicators of science and technology input and output in 2007-2011 in Heilongjiang. It made a brief evaluation on the performance. The target is to open the thinking of comprehensive evaluation of science and technology activities through this analysis method.
