Considering the difficulties resulting from the decision-making process of optimization of slope treatment schemes for its properties like multi-level, multi-object and fuzziness, the optimized evaluation system was put forward, which was based on the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making method. AHP and DEA were used in combination. A slope controlling scheme optimization model was worked out, providing a more reasonable and available method. When applied in slope treatment project, the new model worked well.
