Business Model Innovation for Non-Commercial Charging Infrastructure Sharing System in China: Presented at EVS 31 EVTeC 2018, Kobe, Japan, October 1 - 3, 2018

摘要

This paper studies innovative business models to address the charging issues which are the biggest bottlenecks for NEV adoption in China. Rather than introducing most existing practices and researches focusing on business model innovation of commercial charging infrastructure, the paper points out that the key is to fundamentally change the current business-models of the large number of non-commercial charging piles based on our long-term survey of Chinese NEV and charging market. Here we systematically suggest innovative business models for sustainable and efficient sharing charging network after thorough analysis on current status, obstacles and key factors including technology and policies.
