The Transformation of the Cradle: Strategic Dialogue for the Automotive Sector in Baden-Wurttemberg: Presented at EVS 31 EVTeC 2018, Kobe, Japan, October 1 - 3, 2018

摘要

The sustainable and future mobility will be automated, connected and electric. This transformation of the mobility system comes along with a disruptive change to different branches and stakeholders. Therefore, the State of Baden-Wurttemberg in the south-west of Germany launched in 2017 a change management driven process so called "Strategic Dialogue for the Automotive Sector in Baden-Wurttemberg". The aim is to intensify and institutionalize cooperation between the actors in Baden-Wurttemberg in order to create an innovation environment and develop new products, services and business models for sustainable mobility solutions. The paper illuminates the dimension of change as well as the methodical and strucutral approach of the dialogue.
