摘要

Material systems evaluation of battery cells is a key element in development of high performance batteries. Conducted in lab scale, inaccuracies and errors might occure during assembly and testing. Considering the required time for evaluation, this leads to inefficiencies and higher costs for extends sample sizes to gain statistical certainty. Therefore, a system with high precision capabilities, a controlled environment and reproducible assembly is required. In this paper, an approach of an automated assembly and testing of lab scale battery cells is presented. Supplementary, an integrated analysis method by means of active learning is utilized to create a closed-loop assembly and testing equipment.
