A mathematical model that describes the electricity dynamic or voltage in High-voltage wires

We considered the mathematical model, which implementation is presented in the Maple computer mathematics system. The technogenic situation in a high-voltage power line when with a wire break could be possible analogue of this model. One would like to know what processes occurred in this case - their time and voltage peaks in the network, which will help to predict and assess the possible consequences and eliminate or neutralize them in time. The model could be successfully used in the format of digital technologies in education, for example, in such specialties as "Ecology and Industrial Safety", etc.
