Model for the formation of the requirements for information technology used in the digital economy ecosystem

The paper studies the various methods for the formation of the requirements that are necessary for the implementation of information technology in the digital economy ecosystem. The process of the formation of such requirements has many features. To these features, the authors attributed complexity, adaptive standardization and innovative training of the personnel. The necessity to use a complex or systems approach to the formation of the requirements for new information technologies used in the digital economy ecosystem is demonstrated by practical examples. Such an approach to the formation of the requirements should use uniform adaptive conditions and standards capable of rapid technological changes. Features of the formation of the requirements for improving the level of training of personnel potential are contingent on rapidly developing digital technologies.
