On Machine Learning Methods for Genome Enabled Prediction of Complex Phenotypes

We present a video outlining the potential of applying machine learning techniques to genome enabled prediction of complex phenotypes with agricultural value, in a context of increasing genetic data availability. It is part of an ongoing research project on the subject, and aims to introduce the problem and main motivations behind this line of research to other researchers and the general public.
