The application of the introduced original properties of the measuring problems in the practice of navigation and ballistic support (NBS) of space vehicle control (SV) is investigated. At the same time, the task of the technological cycle oftheNBS to determine the parameters of the motion of a SV is considered as an object-system "task-tool solution". Such measurement problems are proposed to be characterized by generalized structural properties. The application of generalized observability and generalized identifiability to the practical tasks of the NBS of SV control are investigated in the report.
