Low voltage electromagnetic switches are widely used in distribution systems, its action characteristic is related to the performance of the switch, also affects the power quality of the network. This article took the intelligent electromagnetic switch as the research object, established its 3D simulation model. Introduce the 3D model into the Recurdyn multi-body dynamics software, and then use Simulink to build an intelligent control circuit. Through the electro-magnetic-mechanical integrated simulation, the dynamic characteristic parameters such as the closing speed, closing time and bounce time of the contact during the pull-in process of the prototype ware obtained. The influence of different coil reference currents, contact springs and reaction springs on the contact bounce of the prototype was analyzed from the perspective of dynamics. The research has a good reference significance for improving the action characteristics of electromagnetic switch.
