In this paper the algorithm for analysis of the conductivity paths in the models of representative volume elements (RVEs) of matrix with a filler in the form of graphene oxide particles has been developed on the basis of the graph theory. Geometric models of representative volume elements of nanomodified matrix were created. Examples of application of the algorithm for structures with different filling of nanoparticles are presented.
