The Training System of Publishing and Distribution Technical Talents Jointly Built by Colleges and Enterprises under the Background of Industry Transformation and Upgrading Based on a Case Study of Shanghai Publishing and Printing College

摘要

The continuous development of digital technology promotes the press and publishing industry to be in the stage of transformation and upgrading, which puts forward new requirements for the specifications of talents training. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth research on the industry transformation and upgrading, the goal of talent cultivation and transformation is proposed, and the necessity of constructing a modern vocational education system is elaborated. Taking Shanghai Publishing and Printing College as an example, specific measures are put forward to construct a talent cultivation system of technical skills in publishing and distribution.
