In nucleic acid amplification technology, the influence of temperature on the reaction process is one of the most critical factors. This paper first describes the requirements and overall architecture of the temperature control system, followed by a detailed explanation of the principle of the temperature detection circuit and temperature control circuit in the process of temperature control. Combined with the improved single neuron adaptive PID algorithm, the temperature reaction process is accurately regulated. The simulation results and experimental data show that the system meets the design needs.
