Three solvers of the OpenFOAM package are chosen to numerically solve the problem of supersonic flow around a cone. The cone half-angle and the angle of attack varied. The obtained results are compared with the well-known numerical solution of this problem. It has been established that the rhoCentralFoam solver provides minimal error for the pressure field and pisoCentralFoam solver for velocity field.
