To obtain higher amplitude pulse, a power synthesis circuit is designed for the all solid state pulse source based on the avalanche transistor MARX circuit. The structure of the power synthesis circuit is multi-pitch serpentine strip. The S-parameter of the power synthesis circuit is test by the vector network analyzer. The results show that the coupling degree between the input port and the output port is high, the isolation degree between different input ports is high, and the reflectivity on each port is low for wide range of frequencies. Four component pulse source are synthesized based on two-stage power synthesis circuit, and a negative pulse with higher amplitude is obtained.
