In this paper, a cylindrical conformal wideband power distribution phase shifter is presented. Wideband power divider and phase shifter are printed on the surface of the cylindrical substrate with high dielectric constant, and the inside is a hollow metal cylinder. This network consists of a wideband 180° phase shifter, two wideband 90° phase shifters and three Wilkinson power dividers. The wideband phase shifter consists of a microstrip transmission line, a pair of open circuits and a pair of short circuits. By adjusting the impedance and length of open circuit or short circuit, the phase and bandwidth of the output port of microstrip transmission line can be varied. Therefore, the wideband impedance matching is realized and the phase shift bandwidth is widened. The computer simulation results show that in the bandwidth range of 1.22 GHz to 1.82 GHz, the reflection coefficient of the input ports is less than -10dB, the S parameters of the four output ports are about -6.8dB, the amplitude difference of the four ports is less than 0.55dB, and the phases of the four output ports are about 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°, with an error of less than ±5°.
