Based on the idea of hierarchical and modular structure, the protection system structure for coordination of distributed and centralized protection is constructed. First of all, the distributed protection uses the multi-source information provided by the electric quantity information and the logic quantity information to judge the feeder state, and makes the protection adapt to the operation condition of the intermittent distributed power supply. Then, according to the characteristics of multi-source information redundancy, the centralized protection uses multi-source information fusion technology to enhance the fault tolerance of the protection scheme, and achieve fine fault location and power supply restoration. Finally, under different fault scenarios, the distributed protection and centralized protection are used to analyze the interaction process of active distribution network caused by random load and intermittent distributed power supply. Simulation results show the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed active distribution network protection mode based on coordination of distributed and centralized protection.
