The Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 damaged the wider Japanese areas, there were serious troubles to seek families or a lack of rations because of the breakdown of cellular networks. Thus, the quick reconstruction of the communication networks is considered to be one of the significant issues after disasters. Therefore, this paper introduced the scatter typed wireless IoT repeaters with anti-shock property in order to realize the quick network reconstructions for the Disaster Information Networks. In the proposed methods, the IoT repeaters are considered to be scattered from the helicopters during the rescues or the damage investigations, and the paper proposes the anti-shock property of the IoT repeaters and the considerable ad-hoc network protocol. Then, the prototype system and the experimental results are discussed for the future studies.
