0.1–0.4 THz clinotron table-top modules for spectroscopy applications

摘要

Development process of the THz CW clinotrons designed for table-top modules are discussed. Main stages of the modeling process for optimization of an electrodynamics and electron beam focusing systems as well as beam-wave interaction process are briefly reported. Experimental parameters of developed CW clinotrons within 0.1 - 0.4 THz are presented. Conception of the table-top clinotron module for spectroscopy application is outlined.
