To determine the ventilation heat losses it is necessary to accept the air permeability of the building envelope, because it significantly affects pressure conditions in the interior. The present article investigates the effect of wall porosity, ratio of openings A (+) /A (-) and opening location on internal pressure in buildings through the openings. In the article were analyzed and quantified the results for selected factors-the impact of urban form and the layout, the deployment and the size of the openings in the fagade-influencing the air pressure difference that causes ventilation heat losses. The article found that the internal airflow field has a significant impact on values of the internal pressure, which is not uniform for openings located on adjacent walls.
