Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of human casualty in the world as reported by World Health Organization (WHO). To facilitate in minimizing the causes, constant monitoring of the heart's rhythm appears as one alternative solution. This paper presents a convenient system which implements wireless network to monitor remote patient. The aim of this work is to design and implement a monitoring system of the desired signal Electrocardiogram (ECG) between several patients. The system provides observations of the patient by wearing a portable device which is equipped with the designed ZigBee wireless module. The formed system provides a real-time heart rate monitoring data, and the signal gathered is used for doctor's observation and analysis. In this system, the patient device sends ECG signal via wireless to the monitoring centre (PC). Moreover, a Graphic User Interface (GUI) is developed via Visual Basic (VB) to exhibit ECG processing task in monitoring centre.
