Total Synthesis of Lamellarins Using Halogen Dance

摘要

Lamellarins consist of a multiply substituted pyrrole,exhibiting various biological activities.1 A considerable number ofsynthetic efforts have been directed towards formation of themultiply substituted pyrrole core.Recently,we focused on halogendance reaction3 as an effective method for introducing functionalgroups onto a pyrrole ring.Herein,we achieved total synthesis oflamellarins S and Z featuring halogen dance reaction.
