From the viewpoint of"Low Carbon,Green Growth",hydrogen has been regarded as amost promising clean energy carrier because of its advantageous properties such as:a) highmass energy density,b) easy transformation into electrical energy by fuel cells,and c)generation of only water upon utilization of stored energy.To achieve the goal of"hydrogeneconomy”,there are some issues to be overcome such as safety and handling due to itsexplosive nature.In this context,an important challenge is to develop new hydrogen storagemethods.
