摘要

Azapeptides are peptidomimetics in which the α-carbon of the peptide is replaced bynitrogen.They show protease resistance and reinforce the β-turn conformation derived fromthe resulting semicarbazide moiety.In recent years,boron-containing peptidomimetics suchas bortezomib and p-boronophenylalanine (BPA) have attracted much attention aspromising bioactive compounds.We have studied on the development of a new class ofpeptidomimetics,boron-containing azapeptides,which are expected to be unique candidatesfor therapeutic agents.
