摘要

With rapid growth of electric vehicles, the development of charging stations has to keep up. This paper proposes a multi-period location and capacity optimization model of charging stations, and introduces congestion rate to control the queuing situation. As the model is a NP-hard problem, two kinds of greedy algorithms are proposed, which are proved to be effective by lots of computational experiments.
