Contamination degree and health assessment of heavy metal in soil in vicinity of railway

摘要

Railway has been proved that could release heavy metals into environment, especially into soil. Previous studies show that in vicinity of railway, concentration of several heavy metals is remarkably high. Evaluating effects of these heavy metal on environment and human health is essential to assess effects of railway. The goal of this study is to apply several indexes to estimate contamination degree of heavy metals in soil in vicinity of railway.
