Problems of Additional Vocational Education

摘要

The development of the system of additional vocational education as an integral part of life-learning education is very important for Russia because today it is the key to personal competitiveness of both the employee and the organization in the labor market, since the qualification of employees is directly depend on the competitiveness of the company. The article presents modern view to the system of additional vocational education. The authors reveal the basic concepts of a subject, the main principles of the development of additional vocational education, factors that influence its organization, tendencies of its development, and the problems of the functioning of additional vocational education.
