Providing the Functional Reliability of the Transport Process in Placing Recovery Trains

The paper considers technical, technological and economical factors which influence placement of recovery trains, which are used in the railway transport for elimination of transport incidents consequences. Indicators of functional reliability of transport process are systematized, the state of problems of it's provision and methodical approaches to their solution are formulated.
