Analysis of the Road Traffic Safety Strategy in the Russian Federation for 2018 - 2023

Progressive and inertial scenarios for the development of the socio-economic situation in the country are considered, for the case when the external environment forms a position in which the number of road accidents and those killed as a result of the road accident will increase steadily every year. We substantiate the need to formulate a strategic document in the field of road safety for the medium term and the actualization of priority activities and the system of similar measures taking into account the emerging situation, scenario forecasts, external (primarily resource) constraints and regional specifics.
