Assessment of Factors Influencing the Development of Public-Private Partnership Mechanisms in the Rostov Region

The article proposes to assess the investment climate of the region and, accordingly, the opportunities for the development of public-private partnership (PPP) on the basis of an expanded methodology that determines the rating of regions. This methodology determines the perspectives of PPP based on five factors, in contrast to the three-factor methodology of the PPP Center. This makes it possible to more accurately assess the readiness of the regions for such a partnership and to better determine the prospects for its development.
