The purpose of this study is to optimize the fast resuming production system of deep-sea pipeline, improve the efficiency for delivering oil, reduce the loss. According to the flow field analysis of inner plugging at the port, this paper advances a method. By changing the shape of guide device, it can change the flow field distribution to achieve the purpose of reducing the difference of flow velocity, weakening the recirculation zone and reducing energy loss. Establish mathematical model of the in/out port flow field of the fast resuming production system and conduct the simulation analysis. Comparing the flow field state, velocity distribution and pressure distribution at the port before and after improving, the result shows that energy loss can be reduced by 20% -60%. The conclusion can be drawn that the improved scheme of guide device can significantly reduce energy loss at the port and improve the efficiency for delivering oil.
