Informative Support of Management of Innovation and Investment Processes in the Conditions of Structural Modernization of the Region’s Economy

Russia in general exists in the conditions of the multipolar world, but also in national economy polarization of development of regions continues, the signs of asymmetry of their development caused by multiformity of national economy become aggravated. It leads to aggravation of a rupture of economic space of the country and growth of number of problem regions with deep contradictions of social and economic and political character. Now the urgent need in implementation of restructuring of economy, identification of the so-called locomotive priority directions of development in the medium and long term is obvious. Such statement of the designated problems causes the necessity in systematization of methodological approaches to a basic research of interactions and interrelations of structural elements of the institutional environment of innovative and investment clusters and their transformation.
