171.1 Introduction One of the main aim of high energy heavy-ion collisions is to explore the QCD phase diagram, search for possible QCD critical point and phase boundary. To explore the phase diagram we need to obtain two axis-temperature and baryon-chemical potential [1]. These quantities are obtained by measuring particle yields and ratios. We have studied particle yields and ratios for Au+Au, Cu+Cu and Cu+Au collisions at {formula}= 200 GeV using the AMPT [2] and UrQMD [3] models. The models results are compared with the available experimental data.
