High-Sensitive Analytical Systems for Rapid On-site Detection of Haptens

摘要

Highly sensitive analytical systems for rapid registration of different types of haptens such as B vitamins, thyroid hormones and drugs of abuse have been developed. The limits of detection are on the level of time-consuming laboratory methods. However, the developed systems are much faster, simpler and can be used on-site. These features are due to advanced assay formats with magnetic nanolabels, optimal antibodies and conjugation procedures obtained through realtime characterization of binding kinetics of reagents by original label-free interferometric biosensors. The developed test systems are promising for medical diagnostics, criminalistics, toxicology, food quality control and environmental monitoring.
