摘要

The 2nd International Conference on Applied Photonics and Electronics 2019 (InCAPE 2019) has been successfully held on 22~(nd) August 2019 at Palm Garden Resort, IOI Hotel, Putrajaya Malaysia. The conference was organized by the School of Microelectronic Engineering in collaboration with the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Perlis.
