Exploration and Analysis on the Process Management of the Design Project

摘要

The process management of the design project is to coordinate the operating process of all resource departments and functional departments under the leadership of the management teams at all levels so as to ensure the successful development of design and production work. This paper, from the perspective of the supervisor in design project, analyzes and discusses the general process of the design project management in terms of project research and investigation, formation of the management and design teams, formulation of the project plan and implementation of the design process, etc.
