With the advancement of science and technology, the green space has been gradually reduced because of the industrial revolution and urbanization. Major cities around the world are facing urban heat island and climate change effects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between land surface temperature (LST) and surface environment in combination with spatial regression model. The best model was then used to replan the current land use and configuration.
