Grounding methods in medium voltage networks

摘要

Paper describes different grounding methods, both conventional and innovative solutions. Advantages and disadvantages of different grounding methods are analyzed. Attention is paid to reliability of supply, equipment ageing related with different grounding methods and equipment failures. Operational experiences regarding controlled Petersen coil are given and methods of power system reliability modeling are presented and shortly described.
