摘要

The rapid development of modern internet industry system has promoted a brand new revolution of vehicle design. Deriving from the field of computer interaction, the theory of User Experience (UX) design has grown up. While the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), with a high connection with computer interaction, demanding the methods and flow of UX design urgently. Depending on the UX design project for the IVI of a certain homebred luxury car, this paper clearly puts forward the planning contents and organization flow of UX's activity. It has proposed Multi-dimensional user model, simulation of UX and hierarchical question bank. Combined with the case of 'feedback guides correction' in actual project, it has summarized the methods of feedback processing. It has also introduced the conception of 'Bank of UX design' for IVI, which will provide powerful guarantee of data for the efficient development of new product. This paper has fully proved the scientificity and necessity of UX's activity design in IVI design.
