摘要

To improve the screen printing efficiency of ceramic tile, a kind of control system based on PLC and embedded system that has four operating position, is presented in this paper. The logic and sequence control system is designed with PLC, which controls the outputs of three AC motor, one server motor and one step motor and checks the signals of sensors in the system; the embedded system is constructed with the kernel of arm9, which implements functions of communication with PLC and other network devices and provides convenient user interface to operate the system. The embedded system communicates with PLC by RS232C serial port. Practice indicates that the system has merits of high efficiency, good operability and satisfies the requirement of production.
