Research and realization of web software technology for LXI instruments

摘要

As specified in the LXI standard, LXI instrument must possess web interfaces. To access the instrument web pages, the instrument discovery mechanism must first be implemented. In this paper, a discovery mechanism based on the mDNS/DNS-SD has been realized; it can find the instrument that broadcasts this service in the browser, and it uses a Java Applet technology to achieve soft instrument panel pages. In order to achieve the communication of soft panel and VXI-11 interface, the Java Applet program designs an RPC interface similar to IVI-COM drivers to ensure the VXI-11 interface versatility.
