System-wide information management (SWIM), based on service-oriented architecture (SOA), is the basic network for information sharing of next-generation air traffic management (NGATM), transmitting aviation information, air traffic control, and aeronautical meteorology data. The resilient SOA infrastructure should be built to guarantee the timeliness and reliability for applications of the civil aviation. This paper studies the blocked thread in application server and presents a self-contained queue model with language field theory in KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) and aggressive timeout settings to maintain rate and throughput of the server. This model, verified by algorithm simulation test, ensures stability and applicability of the server in the SWIM of civil aviation by improving the resilience of the SOA infrastructure.
