User Research for Service Innovation in Senior Apartments: A Case Study in Chang Gung Health and Culture Village

摘要

This study conducted the user research in a Taiwanese senior apartment. The important insights of user needs were identified by examining the views and service experiences from residents and service staff. The research result can be the basis of service innovation and design for senior apartments.
