In the present study, conventional copper and powder metallurgy electrodes are used to make holes in EN9 Steel part. Taguchi Method has been implemented to improve the response parameter using Powder Metallurgy electrodes in EDM for the machining of EN9. It has been found that powder metallurgy tool electrode gives more material removal rate as compared to traditional copper electrode.
