Methods of quality management of innovation process

摘要

This paper is about process management in a limited amount of data. This situation is typical for innovation processes, with a little history, and at the time of the introduction of new products. It proposed a number of methods of quality management: technological audit, the iterative improvement of the quality, comprehensive statistical analysis and multivariate data analysis.
