In recent years, legal society has become the mainstream in development of the times. It requires evidence of a crime in any case, whereby the testimony of criminals become more important. However, the effectiveness of testimony becomes concerned issue. ERP hidden information polygraph technology, as a new type of technology, is particularly important in case management. In this paper, P300 and CNV indicators were studied with AHP, selecting a suitable indicator used in crimes of theft. Based on BP neural network model, comparative experiment as a reference, both from the tester's reaction time and waveform amplitude, evaluation model was established to provide a theoretical basis for the future.
