摘要

This paper propose a novel resource platform construction scheme based on multimedia network teaching system. The research focuses on standardized resource construction supporting Flash in the teaching system, including text, graphics, videos, animations and multimedia courseware, multimedia release, and upload, download and management of relative files. The system is integrated with multimedia technologies to choose flash stream media technology that has platform independence and higher playing efficiency. It is implemented to the construction of resource library to be important part of the system, which makes it possible to be online study and real-time resource using for learners, to improve the utilization efficiency of multimedia resources.
