摘要

The regularities of changes in the structure and composition of coatings made of yellow metal L63, obtained on the surface of AMg5 alloy by friction stir processing are investigated. The features of defect formation at different stages of coating creation are revealed. It was found that in the stir zone a rather homogeneous layered structure is formed with alternation of initial system components and results of their interaction in the form of solid solutions. At the same time, intermetallic phases as well as heterogeneous structures with overly enriched or depleted system components zones are formed in the stirring process. The obtained data indicate complex and heterogeneous character of structural-phase interactions in the stir zone.
